Poster Guidelines
- There will be about 50 poster stands in the poster room to be shared by the authors of all three conferences (CASES, CODES+ISSS, and EMSOFT).
- The recommended, and maximum, poster dimensions are 40″ ⨉ 30″ (portrait) or 30″ ⨉ 40″ (landscape). Do not use foam core material for your poster or any other thick/heavy material as this complicates mounting using the provided tape or pins.
- Please put your poster on any available poster board during the poster session immediately after the technical session of your paper. The idea is to provide an opportunity for discussion with interested audience members after a talk.
- Please remove your poster when the poster session is over. Each poster session runs for 30 minutes.
Suggestions
- Set the title in block letters of at least 8 to 10 cm (3 to 4″) high. All text should be easily readable from a distance of 1 to 2 meters, which means making the lettering at least 1 cm high. Graphs and charts should be at least 25 ⨉ 30 cm (approximately 8.5 ⨉ 11″) or larger.
- Consider sequentially numbering the materials in the poster. This will indicate to the viewer a logical progression through your poster. Provide an introduction and a summary or conclusion for your poster. Prepare your poster carefully so that it can be used as the basis to explain and answer questions from other participants.
- Please include a copy of the ESWEEK logo at the bottom right corner of your poster.
